Got the steak sandwich .Sandwich was cold in the middle, onion were not caramelized,dry and bland. Potato soup was gelatinous ,no flavor. Staff was friendly and fast. Just not a yummy place. It's a cute location though

Today we had the Chicken Pot Pie soup and the Chili Mac. Both were absolutely delightful!!! Last few times we came here we had sandwiches and they were great too. Staff is super nice! My only complaint is the noise level. The exhaust fans and AC and I don't know what else makes it horribly noisy in there!

I would say this play is more than good but mostly okay. The atmosphere is nice but the service is not very good at dinner time and it affects the quality of the food. We ordered four sandwiches and all of them were almost completely opposite from what we ordered. On a couple sandwiches we specifically asked to leave items off and they added them anyway. I ordered a Mediterranean and they gave me a chicken club. I will say lunch time seems to be a lot better but it's hit or miss. When they're on top of it this place can be pretty good.

Had the worst experience yesterday. Me and my bf went in to order and they had about 6 different ppl behind the counter just for them to take our orders and rearrange them on each other sandwiches 🙃we go to pay and the guy workin the register somehow added a soup we never asked for and then told us to wait a bit and they’ll bring our sandwiches. We got our food and everything was wrong not what we asked for!!!! our bread was swapped, they wrote chicken club and didn’t add bacon or the right cheese :/, veggies were the only right thing on my sandwich but the entire staff goes to hide in the back and I found CURLY HAIR in my sandwich!!! There were multitasking with curly hair but I only saw one telling the girl who took our order what to do and I’m just so fed up with this location. Last time we ordered on the app and they got everything wrong again then so we went inside to hopefully get better service but no, you want a sandwich just go to jersey mikes or firehouse at least they listen and pay attention.

Best damn sandwich shop? Very possibly likely. Try the Italian with “the works “ it is the best Italian sandwich at any chain or sandwich place. Note: If you don’t want it spicy remove the delicious italian hot peppers because they are spicy.
